We are looking for a motivated individual to join the ranks as our Legal assistant. Excellent customer service skills, time management and a proactive and positive nature and respect are required for this opportunity.

• Professional manner

• Experience in wills and estates

DUTIES INCLUDE

• Emailing and recording
• General Administration duties
• Disclosure (Briefs)
• High-level diary management (organize client meetings, conferences, document filing time limitation etc.)
• Professional telephone manner
• Scanning and disclosure
• Opening & archiving matters
• Support other legal assistants and fee earners when required
• Document production (court documents, estate planning documents, correspondence)
• Prepare mail & enclosures
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills
• Managing fee earners WIP (billable time)
• Maintains client confidence by keeping client/fee earner information confidential
• Excel spreadsheet recording
• Data entry (disbursements)
• Business development
• Billing
