Uzma is a skilled and results-driven Family Law and Estate Lawyer with years of experience navigating complex legal matters. Having recently relocated from Sydney, Uzma has practised exclusively in Family Law, Estate Planning, Family Provision Claims, and Dispute Resolution since her admission.

She has developed particular expertise in handling high-net-worth property settlements and complex parenting matters, including international relocation disputes. Throughout her career, Uzma has consistently achieved favourable outcomes for her clients through strategic negotiations and effective litigation.

Uzma successfully completed the International Negotiation, Mediation, and Arbitration program at the University of San Diego, California, and she strives to implement these approaches wherever possible in resolving matters.

She is known for her practical legal advice and dedication to delivering tailored solutions. Uzma has worked closely with forensic accountants, leading barristers, and other specialists to manage the most challenging cases with precision and care.

Outside of work, Uzma enjoys exploring and discovering all that Perth has to offer, as she is still new to the city.
