Damien Bowen

Damien Bowen is a Senior Consultant with Leach Legal with over 40 years of experience as a Family Lawyer, making him one of Western Australia’s most experienced family lawyers. He became an Accredited Family Lawyer in 1992.

Damien has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law, including drafting binding financial agreements, advising and attending mediation and representing clients if the matter progresses to litigation. Having come from a farming background, he has extensive knowledge and understanding of the impact of relationship breakdowns on farming businesses, giving him a unique perspective and ability to provide strategic and pragmatic advice.

Damien collaborates with his clients’ financial and commercial legal advisers to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients. He has built a network of accounting, taxation, and financial advisers as well as lawyers in other areas of law, with whom he has worked over many years.
